Character Information
*Character Name: Heath Burns
*Character Canon: Monster high
*Age: Old enough to go to high school?
*Race: Fire elemental
*Timeline/Pull Point: Right before the Ghouls Rule movie.
*History: http://monsterhigh.wikia.com/wiki/Heath_Burns
*Personality:
Let’s be frank here. Heath Burns is obnoxious. He’s never heard of the term ‘indoor voice’ and he absolutely can’t tell when it’s a bad time to bust out a guitar and start jamming. Everything he does is either a little too over the top or performed at the worst possible time. He’s trying, he really is- but social graces are mostly lost on him and he has the subtly of a ton of bricks. Unfortunately, this alienates him from a lot of his classmates. There are very few students willing to look past the awkward goofiness and try to help him out. Deuce was the only one at first, but as the series has progressed even some of the girls have started to realize that he could be an okay guy with a just a bit of help.
Now if only he could learn to be a little less excitable. Excitement is a bad thing when you’re a young fire elemental just learning to control your powers. Heath has burned countless books, papers, anything he’s holding at the moment really, on accident. He’s also the reason the school sprinklers go off around every hour. Needless to say, his sudden bouts of flame cause a lot of distress for any student in his vicinity. Unfortunately, Heath can get super excited about nearly anything. He’s a really happy guy and there’s so much cool stuff to get revved up about! Maybe if he could learn to take a chill pill once and a while, he’d avoid being obnoxious and setting people on fire. Fortunately, Abbey has no qualms about turning him into an ice block for either offense.
The thing that makes Heath sympathetic at all is really that he is a nice guy at heart. He wants to help out, he wants other people to be happy, and most of all he super duper wants to make some girl the luckiest woman that ever lived. Okay, so maybe that last part isn’t so sympathetic. Except that he seems like he actually is interested in a potential partner’s feelings. He’s just terrible about expressing it. High school is a bad place to learn about the proper way to ask a girl out and Heath has, unfortunately, picked up most of the uncool guy habits that turn women off. It’s not because he’s a jerk- Heath just needs some better role models.
*Powers/Abilities: Being a fire elemental, Heath has the ability to create fire- usually in his hands, but also in his hair when he gets excited. Which is often.
*Power Enhancements: Probably just a general enhancement of his fire powers. More fire, hotter fire, a longer range. Oh and perhaps he can cover his whole body in flame as well?
*Inventory: Nothing.

[The feed opens to a young man, that looks to be mostly human, save for the yellowish tint to his skin and the slight point to his ears.]
Uh…. Heeeeeey everybody. [Nervous grin] I’m kind of… lost. ‘Cause the tunnels in here are really crazy. I mean minotaur style crazy.
Ehr, sorry Mannie. If you’re here, that is.
Can anyone help a guy out? Extra points if you’re a pretty girl!
